Installed our first RTIdock yesterday and I really like the unit.

Installation was simple with the RTIsyc software (for PC & Mac) which we used with the FS-23 so it was familiar.

I have a couple of issues/questions:

Are there sleep options for the unit? Client asked "if it's on all the time".  I remember seeing an option in the set up, but I can't remember the specifics.

I can't get the cover art to show up on the RK3-V.  We had driver version 1.01 and I realize now they have 1.02 out so I'll try that, but I don't think that changed in the new driver.  It's a Nano if that has anything to do with it.

For some reason the Fwd/Skip command doesn't work on the RK1-8s.  It works on the RK3-V.  Not a dock issue I don't think, but any thoughts?

Thanks!

I know you need a network connection to get the cover art, if that helps.
"You can't fix stupid."

I am new to the RTI scene. I have a question regarding the RTIDock and its integration with the RTIPanel. We are working on a new installation and want to know if the RTIPanel and RTI Dock are on the same network will we get 2 way feedback including cover art using the RTIPanel App?

Thank you.

What iPod are you using? If you notice their is checkbox in driver setup to disable the cover art. This is because of issues with I believe iPod Classic locking up after trying to load cover art sometimes.

As for last post you need an XP processor to run with the driver installed to gain two way control and feedback. I should already have an XP if running a virtual panel. The driver is downloaded from Rti dealer site then added to XP. Now you have ability to drag in commands and feedback for this device into your RTIpanel.

Cover art comes in through the LAN connection only. Make sure you have the network set up properly and connected on your Rk3-V.
