I have a Xfinity base box with only Numbers, Info, Enter,Last , and Channel +-. I have learned the codes in twice and they still will not work this box. Does anyone have these codes?

You are using the IR-Pro? I only ask because you are new and didn't state that you are using it. Have you tried using any of the other Comcast codes?

What's the model on the box? Is this one of the newer Cicso boxes? Could the RNG200 codes work?

Yes I used the IR Pro and the codes do not work.

There is no model number on the box but the codes for the Cisco box do not work.

Rob try to use the RNG codes. The RNG boxes have been a problem. You could tell the customer to get a new cable box. haha
