Have a customer with duette shades, does anyone know if these are compatible with the hunter douglass codes that in the rti master, or the mega list?

Thanks

I know some of the hunter Douglas stuff only works with stock remote because the stock remote signals to turn on the shades and universal remotes can't turn on the shades because the ir eye is off till it get the signal form remote

How is that possible? The IR receiver is off until the remote sends a signal to turn it on? Is it an RF remote? If so, then why have an IR receiver? If it is an IR remote, then how can it turn on an IR receiver that is off by sending an IR signal?

I just used the first set of codes for H.D in the mega list and they worked fine for the duette series

The new Power-View system is RF only. No way to control it with IR. Power View is a completely different system.

Is there any way we can make these work together? or at least my power rise with logitech harmony so we can create scenes.

You're in the RTI section. Post your questions in the Harmony section.

I am actually wrong; upon further review, I realize there is a module for URC TC series controllers. From an RTI perspective there is no driver written; it may be a good idea to request it in the driver request section in the dealers site.
