Help, I dropped my remote and broke the touch screen. Does anyone have one?

I think your only solution is to send it directly to RTI for repair. I dont't think you can purchase the part only. Even as a dealer. Good luck!

RTI has a serious product flaw. They are unable to get parts that actually work. The last batch of T2s have Touch Screens with a 92% failure rate. If you are a Retailer, get credit back. If you are an end user and the product is less than 30 days old, return it to your Dealer where you purchased it. If you are an end user and bought it from a third party/Internet, Buyer be-ware. You can call RTI and have it sent out for service, They have a long line of repairs a head of you. There is some good news. RTI Has switched Touch Screen Venders for the third time and they are paying thi plice!!! The new Screens are costing them about tripple, but they seem to work verry well.

Thanks for the reply! I hope they get it all together at RTI because I like the remote and especially the software.
