Is there a quick fix or is this a service item?

Remove the six small screws on the back pull off the face plate at the bottom right of the lcd display are {depending on what release you have} two small metal tags or two small black wires which are soldered on to the contact switch board, make sure these have not broke loose. Something else you might try putting pressure on the right side of the display and see if the screen goes on and off, if this is the case you can probably stick a folded piece of paper between the case and the right side of the screen. if this does not fix it send it to RTI and Pray for a quick turn around.
