I had a customers remote that nothing on the touchsceen would work. It turns ot the touchscreen matrix for the buttons are beginning to delaminate. I put a little pressure on the beginning of the ribbon cable for the t.s. and it worked. putting a small peice of two-way tape on the inside edge of the remote case just above the t.s. seemsto have solved the issue. This saved our butts because we cannot get any support or new remotes from RTI.
