I need to purchase a new battery the retaining tab has broken off of one of the batteries. Please reply to [email protected] Thanks Paul H. P.S. I have never had a bit of trouble with my T2 with software, macros or hardware

Hehe, I recomend 3, 1 to charge, 1 to use, and 1 in case you make a mistake and don't charge the first one. It happened to me a couple of times where I would put the drained battery on the charger incorrectly and end up having to wait for a charge to use my system. At 50 bucks it is worth it to have a spare fully charged battery kicking around for the off chance you need it. :)

Just a point of interest: I had the retaining tab crack on a phone battery making it useless even though the battery itself was fine. Fourty bucks down the drain!

Call RTI and ask for a new outer skin for the battery. This should run you about $12.00 and is held on by thin double stick tape. [email protected]
