Hello: I seem to have a new problem with my T2: Every so often I get no response from mostly the volume and channel rocker switches, though some hard buttons and touch pad buttons also do this once and a while. I use a IRF6 so I can watch the receive light. No light=no function, light=function, so I guess the remote is not transmitting consistaintly. At first I thought it was the battery getting low before the low battery indecator lit but I have the same problem with a fully charged battery. Any one have an idea on this? Thanks, KDM

You are having RF interferance with you IRF-6. This is a common problem. where is your IRF-6 and antenna located in reference to your eququipment and television? You should Get the IRF-6 at least 6' away from your stack of equipment and get the antenna as far away as possible. TV as well, they put out alot of RF interferance also. Out of curiosity, what is your stack of equip.?

When you program the T2 you must have a freshly charged battery. When you learn from other remotes you must ahve fresh batteries in them as well. Do not use batteries supplied with new equipment. Throw them away and use Duracell Ultras. Remove the batteries after learning the codes to the T2.
You may have to remove all the commands from the T2 that you are having problems with and then reloading them after you "re-learn" the IR command from the donor remote.
I had all the problems you described and this process corrected it.
