I am trying to find an angled, surface mount enclosure for a RK3. This enclosure would be installed on a podium in a small conference/meeting room. Called RTI and they do not offer one, just a back box for rough-in's. Really do not want to have one fabricated...
Anyone??

Assuming this is mounted on the surface of the podium and the back is not exposed, why cant you just install it like normal and put the faceplate on?

Or maybe you can make something from Kramer work.

Then again....kind of silly to not just find someone to fabricate something.

Time constraints on turn-around for the installation will prevent fabrication. Probably will install flat and flush on the top surface of the podium if I can't find something. Was trying to find something that would angle the RK for easier viewing and to prevent users from damaging the unit (with laptops, keys, etc.) if mounted flat on the top of the podium.
Extron makes a 2-gang box#60-640-02 but the RK won't fit.....

Thanks for the reply.

Could you modify the Extron piece (I didn't look at it)?

Check with a local custom car shop. They can get a nice custom box to you in a day or two.
