Ok, so does any one know if there is a way to utilize the RJ45 RS232 ports on a ZRP6 for a one way communication RS232? I know this can be done on the XP8, but I cannot seem to find port assignments in ID to do this. Is this not possible?

You just use it!  LOL  I'm controlling my Panny plasma one-way with one of the RJ45 ports right now.

In your RS232 command, just select "[RS-232] Port 1" instead of "[CM-232] Port 1".  You can't rename the RS232 ports unless you're using a 2-way driver.

Works just fine.

Ditto on Jims post, I am using port 1 for a niles system and port 2 for a TV
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
