I have a T2Cz that is about 4 months old. Never dropped or any abuse. It has had a small rattling sound in the bottom since I got it and I just assumed it was something to do with the tilt sensor. Lately it has gotten more audible and more frequent and I'm starting to think something is loose or wrong. Any thoughts on this?

RTI used to use mercury switches for the tilt sensor but had to change them for enviornmental reasons. The new switches rattle a bit.

huh?  the new switches rattle?  The OLD switches rattled.  Did they change them from the loud ones to the quiet ones and now to loud ones again?

The old mercury switches were silent, then they went to that switch that rattled for Rohs... I think they went a little cheesy there though, gotta explain the the client is not broken.

I'm confused.  When we started using RTI the switches were LOUD.  Everyone thought they were broken.  Then RoHS came around and we had all the solder issues and the new remotes' switches were damn near silent.  I have a T2-Cs that I got AFTER all the RoHS crap and it's completely silent.  We just got two T3-VZ's and they're almost silent.  In fact, all the zigbee handhelds we've ordered have been almost silent.

WTF?
