I think a little more information is needed. Is it a 433Mhz or 2.4Ghz T3-V? What firmware version do you have in it. In the set up of the remote do you have all the correct parameters checked, ie firmware and output mode. What is the processor you have in the system? Is it a two way processor and are you plugged into the correct RS-232?

There is a sample file with the driver that you can look at to see how to set up. I have working on a T4 and I am having no problems. You have to set up a driver and variable for eacg button or slider. Do you have the correct ID's out of the RA2 software assigned to each button?

Do you have any other devices in the system that you are controlling via 2 way drivers and do you get feedback from them on the remote.

Is it sending RS232 or driver commands?

again... what antenna remote version do you have?

ZM24?
T3V?

or

RM433
T3

As to the button that disappeared look into the "bring to front" options. In ID at the bottom of the remote page it will say something like "1 hidden button on this page."

Are you using a CM-232 RS-232 adapter?
