I think where people are getting upset is the fact the RTI is over promising and under delivering. They have a product which has the potential to be great with more drivers, a vitual panel, more devices, and an iphone app. But instead of working on these awesome features and products they are releasing a whole other line that seems to have some of the big features their current line has (two-way). If they could focus on their current line they could gain a lot of market share with these new features. Instead they are potentially dilute their resources to release ProControl.

I myself continue to go back and forth with Nevo, URC, and harmony for low end systems and I have a need for a sub $500-600 remote that can do everything I'm looking for. I don't have problem with a wizard based remote if it allows for us to cutomize it. I just cannot sell a $1200 remote to a customer who has a $6,000 system. And I'm so tried of harmony, I think the Nevo C3 is a dumb remote, and the URC MX450 is ok but I have to carry around a RTI remote to make it work properly. So I'm with you! But it's just bad timing!
