I have the document from the website, and still can't seem to get anything to work. I've tried the standard tricks I normally do and haven't had any luck.
Called Pantel and was given someone outside the companies name and email. Emailed him, but in the meantime I was hoping someone had a working set of codes (strings) that they could send me... or at least give me ONE working string that I can build off of.

Nevermind... I searched a second time and found what I needed (Must have missed it the first time).
Just a matter of cleaning things up a bit.

I did call... and I was told to email the guy that did the code for you...
... for the record, it would be slightly better if you didn't have the unedited (still has someone's notes on it) and incomplete document posted on your website.
If you want CIs to use your product, you need to make it painless for us to integrate your product.
