Anyone know if is possible to control a single 232 device w/ separate 232 controllers> 2 into 1. For example, trying to control a Jandy pool control with XP8 and Netstreams Digilinx system. Pool control only has a single 232. This would require some sort of 2>1 splitter. Is it possible to split 232 signals?

Yes you can split it, but don't you need something to combine them? Something like this:
Photobucket

Available here: [Link: bb-elec.com]

They also have a splitter.

It's amazing what you can find with Google and about 5 minutes.
