I'm still having some trouble with my macros: I've put a page link on the main page button that starts the macro and a button test of two seconds in first place in the macro trying to get this: a page change with a short press (under the two second button test) and then the macro with a longer press of the button. What happens is this: a short press changes the input on my processor ( to the same input giving a short pause in the sound). Unless this is somehow linked to the page change I don't know why this is happening. The input change is the second or third item in the macro.
Any ideas out there? Thanks KDM

KDM.

I'm somewhat confused - by Main Page button do you mean the Main Menu button? If so, that button only allows a page link action, not a macro.

When using the test macro step, make sure the command is within the brackets that denote the test result you wanted:

- after the IF line but before the ELSE line for execution if the test is true,

- after the ELSE line but before the demarcation line (indicating the end of the commands controlled by the test) for execution if the test is false.

Any commands placed before the IF line or after the second demarcation line will happen always.

Hope this helps,

DJ

Thanks DJ: By main buttons I meant the TS buttons on the main page that started my macros. I emailed RTI on the same subject and their reply and yours were a great help. I had not understood that the commands went inbetween the lines when you use the button test function. I was putting all the commands at the bottom of the "else", under the bottom most line. This of course bypasses the entire "button test" function. I am now useing my macros and almost totally satisfied with them. Can't seem to get away from a little tweeking around the edges though! Thanks again, KDM
