Im having a problem with ID. Last week I downloaded latest version.I downloaded the full version and think I was supposed to download the upgrade version. The problem Im having is that when I go to place an RS-232 command, a dialogue box pops up saying "Microsoft visual C++ runtime library error" and has to shut down. Should I remove and reinstall?? I'm also noticing a small arrow on each desktop icon for each program. I need to get some programming done this weekend for Monday. Any help would be appreciated.

Sofa King, I followed your advice and it seems to be fine, thanks. I think I went wrong by not using the upgrade version.
