Have a customer who brought all his equipment from his old place to his new condo and I just did install.
The only thing different now is the cable box.
He has RTI T2-C remote and RP-1 processor
Everything was already programmed and I just need to deal with the cable box and change Fav. Channels. Just a basic system and I assume everything is hooked up The same as before, if not I can deal with that.
I have the software, but have never really dove into it, other than just goofing around with it a bit. We use URC so I have never had to program RTI from start to finish.
Some basic help, tips, and guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks guys

You could use the IR Search and Replace function, under the Edit menu on the top bar, that would let you replace all the existing IR codes with the new ones.
You would have to edit the channel macros using the Channel Macro Wizard function also under the Edit menu.
Pretty easy stuff, if you have the software, you should be able to accomplish this smoothly.
Good Luck.

Any chance its the same cable company? You might be ok.
Otherwise....its easy. I am sure you can find anyone here willing to help for a small fee if you can figure out how to upload the file.
