I have a client with two T2+ in Den and Living Room. One of their dogs has a thing for remote controls. Turns out he likes to eat the buttons off!

Last time this happened the client takes the T2+ apart, and proceeds to Krazy Glue the buttons back in place... bad idea! After much scraping and a new button membrane I was able to get it going again without having to replace the whole remote.

So I get a phone call today... turns out the climbed up one of the bar stools to get to the remote on the counter! It's not like it is prime rib?! Well he only had enough time to get the Home Page button this time.

So I ask the client if she needs me to provide a loaner until we can get the parts, she says... No, No its O.K. my husband was able to retrieve the button when the dog pooped it out, washed it off and stuck it back in there and it seems to be working fine!!!!!

Best laugh I've had in a while. I think I will let him change the membrane out himself this time!
