So, I'm using an RTI T2CS, RP6, and Shinybow SB5644.
I used the rs-232 commands from the library and plugged the cm-232 module into port 1 of the rp6.
It tested fine, but now that I have it installed at the clients house, it won't take an rs-232 commands.
I can change outputs via the front panel or ir but not rs-232.
Any thoughts?

push the 4 pole plug into the rp-6 fully. caught me a couple of times.
