I see 7.1 has an option for local and system flags- great addition. Anyone know how to set the local device flags or is this for future?

Dude... don't outsmart yourself.  There have been standalone flags for years..................

I realize that, but you could not utilize both system and local flags together. On 7.1 variables you can use either. I guess you still have to set the button to stand alone to set a local flag.
