Here's a few I made:

Here are simple steps for getting these into ID:
- In ID, go to Library and select Button Bitmap Editor. Open the library that you want to save the bitmaps into ( I use Custom.bml). Then Create New Image, select size 26 by 26 pixels.
- Open Paint (in Windows), go to File>New, then Image>Attributes and set to 26 by 26 pixels.
- Now Copy one of the images above, then Paste it into Paint. In Paint, Ctrl-A to select, then Copy again.
- Now Paste it into Button Bitmap Editor, then Save.
I don't know why, but Button Bitmap Editor won't take a direct paste from a browser, so the extra steps in Paint are necessary.
Hope this helps.
