Does anyone know if this works with connected devices like the iPod dock as well?

in a nutshell, it does what the keypads do.
if you can control the ipod via the KP, then you can via the driver.
you get the same Metadata as displayed on the KP

It works, but it has the same limitations as the ST2 keypads. You can only really flip through playlists and change tracks. You can't pull up a list of artists or albums, which is unfortunate because the big touchscreen keypad is capable of that functionality.

I heard no . I 'm using the driver and I can't even get the sources to come up with the name ( ipod , cd changer ) Just source 1 or source 2 .

Click on the text variable and edit your source names there.
