Those look awesome! We have toyed with the idea of having T3V's and T4 sprayed for customers but havent plucked up the courage yet =) watch this space...

Awesome idea, are there any companies doing this, or is it strictly trial and error?

 I think its trial and error. You can buy just a front bezel from RTI and play around with the old one, if it doesnt look good or work out, reinstall the new bezel

I thought of painting one awhile back. I have a spare T3 bezel...Hmmm...
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
