How do I learn bit toggles and how do I use them in a remote? To learn do I need to create 2 codes for each command and then learn twice? And to use them do I have to use toggle code command or is their some special tool in design center for bit toggles?

You learn them as two seperate codes. I label them as "Power-A" and "Power-B". Then in ID7 you have to create a macro and in the command type drop down list there is "a-b toggle ir code". Drop that into your macro and insert the two learned commands and the remote will alternate between the two commands on its own.
Another thing you can do with this function is put serial strings in for a toggle function that may not be in the serial protocol. The one I have used a lot is to alternate between two aspect ratios when the protocol has discretes and no toggle and you only want to use one button to toggle between wide and 4:3. It will not do any more than two commands though.

If I understund correct you need toggle function betwen two codes? For Rti go on macro command then select toggle function, insert the two codes.
