T3V screen just went blank*on the job*!

i have a t3v that after updating the screen went black on me...turned if off let it sit a few then turned it back on got nothing, tried to plug in USB and cpu wont recognize it. Any ideas?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------nvm sat for awhile in the off postion and finally turned on

Stop programming remotes while 'on the job'. Maybe it was sensitive to your technique and closed its eyes so it didnt have to watch.
'On the job' means the same thing everywhere, right?
Wireless speakers? Of course Sir. Choose the colour and size you like. As you don't seem to think sound quality is important, I will not plug them in.

Had the same thing happen here at one house with 3 t3v's and rp1's. It happened to 2 of them after updating them within 20 minutes of each other. Don't know what it means but I shut the switch off then back on and they have worked since.

Turn off the ambient light sensor in the software. I had the same problem with my personal T3V and a few clients. That solved the problem each time. It is now the first thing I do.

Another important thing with a T3V is to check the size of the file. If it is too large or even approaching full it will cause a myriad of issues.
