I touched on this in another post, but still haven't received an answer so I thought I'd give it's own light.

I need to cut from a button macro on the T1-B to a system macro on the RP-1...

Is there a way to do this or do I need to re-enter the info in a system macro?

Reason I ask is I've found (through your feedback) that it's better to set up system macros to leave the button stand alone macros free for "please waits", etc.  I have my office demo T1-B configured with the button macros and, well, would rather not re-enter...

I just set up a Test file and copied 3 seperate button macros to a XP-8 with no issues

So you should be fine...double check the IR routing after you paste the macro

How the heck were you able to paste it???

I was able to cut or copy "button", but when I open my system file, "watch TV" it shows me a black system macro page, but I can't find a way to paste...

I think you need to create blank system macros first then paste the macro content into the relevant macro once copied?!?!?

Correct, Create a new macro on the RP-x or XP-8, Name it then paste macro on the Macro button
