I have been doing frequent updates to my system but today I see a new issue:

every time I close ID, after all devices have been updated, and click communications, it shows the devices need updating: even though they work OK and have been updated

any ideas how to resolve this?

I have seen this sporadically on my system. I have also gotten errors on my T2cz that the file was to big to upload. Close ID, reopen all is well.

perhaps I did not explain my problem: this happens every time I close ID and reopen it: it shows I need to update the devices

I went back in and deleted all the changes I made: still have the issue

if I do not close, reopen it, it shows the devices are updated

I know that when you press the "Update" icon the software automatically saves everything before bringing up the update screen. Is it possible that you somehow turned that "auto-save" function off? I'm not aware of any way to do that... but I've never looked either.

When you close out the software, are the little asterisks still there in the upper left corner of each device?
