I'm trying to download a T3V progam that we've used many times before. Its only about 20 pages. Memory useage shows about 25% (75% free). I was downloading it over wifi and got an error message at about 90%. Had to switch to USB. Trying to download the program, I now get an error message that the program is too big. I created a small 2 page test, and that works. Tried my program and still fails with the error message that it is too big. I downloaded the T3V sample from RTI's site, and it give me the same too big error. Any ideas? Remote is 6 months old at the most.

A follow up post with the issue and solution in case anyone runs into this in the future.

Brett @ RTi worked with me to figure this out.
Apparently the failed wifi sync caused the incomplete program to be stuck in memory. Any program I tried to download was added (size-wize) on top of the failed one and caused the memory to fill up.

Reboots, Re-sync and even new firmware didn't get rid of the incomplete program. Brett pointed me to a flash eraser that completely wipes the memory. Very similar to flashing the firmware. This did the trick. Once wiped, I could again load my file.

Needless to say, I will be syncing over usb on the T3vs from now on. Lesson learned.

Anyone know where to get this flash eraser or how to do this? I have the same problem. I wish RTI would resolve the wifi issues.
