I bought 2 new T2's and have programmed one- its tilt switch does not work. The other one, out of the box, the tilt switch works.

I have made sure the T2 control panel tilt switch toggle is set on, and the program set to enable tilt switch. I am using RF interface- could I be doing something wrong or do I have a defective remote? emails to RTI go unanswered

If you have set both to the same tilt setting, I'd say you have a defective remote. Using RF has no effect on the tilt setting.

Eventhough I can't justify unanswered emails, I would not get all too worried if I were you. Once you make contact with RTI, you can be pretty sure you will be treated nicely.

Whom did you buy the remote from? I'd try replacing it via them first. Otherwise, call RTI and ask for Mitch (or customer service if he is not around).

Good luck!

I've dropped these remotes a few times now and have experienced a drop off of RF range and had the tilt switch stop working.

Both times I opened the remotes up and put things back in order in there. Swear I even increased the RF range. You know you wanna open it....
