Living happily with a Pronto but wanna upgrade to a T2. I can wait a bit though. Any info on the next version of this great remote?
Also, I see that many of my devices lack data and CCF files common to the Pronto group. Is this a problem or is it easy to build my own.

Very Easy to build your own. Sometimes the Pronto CCF just do not work on the T2. It is just easier to do your own learning. It is very fussy on accuracy of the hex codes.
