Could someone tell me where I can get one of these remotes online? Who is the cheapest? Any of these dealers offering a trade-in rebate for your old remote?

I cannot imagine there is a market for traded-in remotes but you may be able to sell yours on any number of websites (including this one).

Well Gary, to answer your question, I had read that RTI was giving $125 for any remote as long as you purchased one from RTI.
I guess what I read was incorrect.... so EXCUSE ME! That's why I was asking the question, not to get some rude response.
Anyhow.....
Can anyone lead me to a reputable online vendor?
