Using a T2 and the RF module, can I create the equivalent of a master "sleep" button, which would cause multiple devices all to shut down simultaneously after a specified (30-60 minute) delay?

No...can't think of any way to do it. The T2 itself would need to be the initiator of the commands, and it does not have a timer built-in, nor can it respond to an outside trigger.
