Right, I have a system with these parts -

RP6 - Living Room Rack
T2C - Living Room
M2 - Bedroom

The M2 works perfectly, every time.

The T2C works great some of the time. For the rest of the time it is double hitting commands to the Sky HD receiver. I cannot see any pattern to why it works and then doesn't work. It is also comtrolling a bunch of other kit (Blu-Ray via IR, Denon amp via 232) without missing a beat.

For what it's worth there are 2x Sky HD receivers and they are both behaving the same - double hitting on the T2C and working perfectly with the M2.

What I've tried so far -

Codes placed on buttons
Codes placed in system macros
Minimum Repeat set to 1 and 0
I can't think of anything else?

Any ideas guys? I'm going around the twist!

TIA

un check the sustain option. do it in the ir library, rather than on the buttons. then use the ir search and replace to update the codes you have changed.

I have also been having problems with this recently. I am trying to control a Thomson Sky HD box, with the IR sent direct from the T2-C.

Just to clarify the exact issue, the problem is with the cursor keys. When I originally tried this, a quick press on the remote would send a double cursor command. Unchecking the sustain option corrects that problem, but then it only ever sends a single command, even when you keep the button pressed. When you press and hold a cursor key it's supposed to start scrolling through the EPG.

Is there a way to get the single command and scrolling command to work correctly? I got this to work OK on the Philips Pronto TSU9600.

I have the exact same problem with a Sony Playstation IR Emitter (PS3IR-1000) as well as a DTV HR20-700 when using the Scoreguide. T2+ works perfectly and T2C sends double commands and both are using the same exact commands. If you turn off sustain then scrolling through the Playstation Store sucks cause you can only do it 1 at a time.

The other thing I notice is that the signal light on the RP6 stays on much longer when receiving the same command from a T2C vs. a T2+.

It should work the same for both as the commands are stored on the RP6 and the remotes are sending the trigger. I've tried everything including putting the commands as a system macro and using repeats. It kinda works but scrolling on the Playstation still sucks with the T2C.
