I was talking with the installer yesterday that is going to do my T2C system, and asked if he had done anything with the ISY99i from Universal-Devices, so we can work my Insteon system into the RTI remote. www.universal-devices.comWas wondering if anyone has done it before, and had any word of advise? Thanks

Since it doesn't sound like the RTI installer had anything to do with the Insteon programming, it falls to you to let them know what programs you want to control with the RTI. You then will need to teach a distinct RC5 code for each function into the Insteon, and create the programming that assigns these codes to their respective functions. These same RC5 codes will be used in the RTI programming to trigger the Insteon programs.
Obviously, the RC5 commands you use shouldn't be codes from any equipment that you are controlling with the RTI system. Your installer should be able to help you find some "random" codes.

Very simple, the ISY-99i/IR Pro accepts universal IR commands.
