I am working with an RTU T1 remote and I am trying to upload the project to tweak the programming. The remote is saying to place the remote in "computer link mode". Has anyone ran into this? I appreciate the help.

I find it hard to believe that a T1 remote could instruct you to do anything without an LCD screen.

Sorry for not explaining myself. The T1 is not the one asking me to place the remote in "computer link mode", the software is.

Where are you getting this message from??

If you are trying to load the new changes, just plug in the USB cable and upload

I have never seen that message come up anywhere.

What are you doing to get this message to come up??

What software version are you running??

The software is from Integration Designer 6.01 and I am trying to restore a file from the T1. We do not have the original file so we are going through the System Recovery Wizard. Should I be using the Integration Designer software or the Theater Touch designer 1.12 for the T1?

It should be the ID 6.01

But it looks as if you have figured it out.
