i apologize in advance if this post violates forum policy. as i have posted before, RTI is not the brand for me, as a consumer tweaker. every little change from channel configurations/logos to bigger changes like new a/v electronics costs me too much time and frustration...and money!

after some research, i am downgrading to the nearest ergonomically-similar remote that is self-programmable. the Logitech Harmony One appears to be a big improvement over their previous models...and i don't need RF.

thanks for the offer....but i like the color touchscreen on the Harmony One. and i don't need RF. plus i can sell the T2-c and buy the Harmony and have some money left over.

on the other hand, i thought the mx-500 was the best remote (of its day).
