Is it just me, or does the 3-way rocker seem to respond to "down" triggers much better than "up" triggers. Pulling the switch down is very fluid and reliable, but it seems like I have to push a little harder in the up direction to make the button respond. Plus the spring back seems better in the down direction.
Anyone?

The unit on my desk right now seems fine. I'll look in the stock room later at the others on the shelf.

I had one, new-out of the box, that did the same thing. Almost no function upward. I opened the case and checked that everything was seated properly, closed it up and it worked perfectly. I can't tell you exactly what was out of place, but if you're any good at opening/closing equipment, you can probably fix it.

Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. |
