So I have a standard RP-6/RM-433/T2-C RTI setup; the problem is as soon as I hookup the 433 it begins to flash red and green with reckless abandon. This would seemingly indicate that the 433mhz band is saturated. As I understand it you cannot change the frequency that RTI operates under; has anyone run into this before/have a workaround or solution for it. Thanks.

Check all your wiring, then watch the LED while you move the RM433 to possible different mounting locations. Sometimes 6 inches in any direction will clear-up alot of the interference.
Also, the RTI system will ignore any non-RTI communication (red LED), so I wouldn't go crazy trying to eliminate everything until you acctually get the remote running and test to see if you even have any communication issues at all.

I have run into a situation where in three separate systems in three separate homes I was having a ton of RF problems. I wasted a ridiculous amount of time troubleshooting them. Eventually had to have RTI replace every piece in all three of the different systems (3 T4's, 3 RP-6's, 5 RM-433's). Once I put all the new stuff in, everything worked great. So, if standard RF troubleshooting doesn't work, don't rule out bad equipment.

Try downloading new firmware into the T2-C. Or redownload if it is the current. We had a T4 that was sending out constant signal with no buttons pressed causing all the other remotes not to work and as soon as we redid the update, problem solved.

I had this happen today in a rack. Turned off the cable box, flashing stopped. I'll move the RM433 farther away.
