I am having problems getting the RTI to operate the input changes on the preamp. Volume up and down work fine, mute works fine but I cannot get it to switch from any source input to another. Any ideas?

Clay, RTI has a GTP500 file available [Link: rticorp.com]It is also available on this site. Have you tried these? Often the IR codes are the same for an equipment type, by the same manufacturer. RTI will also work with your remote to see what the problem is, if you can spare it for a week or two. Bill www.homeautomationnet.com

Thanks Bill, I think I got it working (at least for now anyway). It was something to do with the number of repeats in the code.
