The report was that the network settings were lost after pressing reset on the front panel. The Front Panel was reset due to a lock up.
If you could check that Bruce.

I just pressed reset and it showed up on the network after it rebooted (the network settings were set by a download from Integration Designer directing it to use DHCP).

Bruce...

Static it in ID if you could, and then hit reset.
Edit:

Just tried this and the IP settings stuck.

Can't telnet to it.
No Web server on it.
It takes about 50 seconds to start working after a download.
Can Download via LAN (Will try VPN later)
Accepted and spit other commands while executing a macro.
Shows a little M in the right side of the screen when executing a macro.
Clock does reset after power outage when hooked to LAN 0.pool.ntp.org

In the box:
XP-8
Power Supply
Rack Ears
Screws for said Ears
8 Ir Dongels
8 RJ45 to serial adapters
NO manual but it is online.

I just tested this and I can also confirm that a static IP sticks after a reboot.
