OK...

I will step forward and help get it started. Anyone Game?

Edit-------------------

Please send me your submissions to the email in my profile.

I will post a link for download of the list once one is established.

Please format your submissions to the following standard:

1) Insert at least three empty strings.
2) Name them as follows:
! ! Date Submitted
! ! Submitted By
! Configuration
3) Place the corresponding information in the comment field to the right:
4) Insert more than one configuration entry if needed (one for pin out, one for
adapter part, etc...).

Please observe the format of the entries (exclamation-space-exclamation-space-text OR exclamation-space-text). This will keep these entries at the top of the list for easy viewing.

Please include the valuable configuration information. All of us should review the documentation for a particular device ahead of time but if by some chance we do not have access to the info in the field, this will be a life saver. I will attempt to sweep through the original RTI Library and add this info. If someone would like to help me I would appreciate it.

I've got Pioneer/Elite plasmas, McIntosh MX136 processor, Epson projectors, and HQV video processors. I'm sure this would be a several week undertaking, but I could get them to you probably this week. I see a lot of posts on here for the pio plasmas, but not much for the other stuff I have here. Let me know if you'd like any or all of them.

Alot of stuff is there already... don't duplicate... we had enough probs with the IR library having redundancies

Let's shoot for the end of the month.

I will try and develop a log file to avoid the pitfalls of the IR list.

Perhaps we should indicate if the files are complete or not. There are many incomplete code sets in the IR list that drive me nuts!

Of the four components I mentioned, only one is in the RTI library, the Pioneers. This is why I offered to send these, because they are not in there. Any codes I would offer are complete and tested as well. I also asked if any or all were wanted. The Mega IR list is full of redundancies, incomplete and poorly functioning codes. I certainly wouldn't task the person compiling this list to verify everything, as this is a gracious effort with minimal returns on his time, so anyone offering codes should make sure they are complete, clearly labeled, and fully functional.
Listen, think, THEN speak.

I added on to the VAUX Lattis codes, but I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, maybe next week. I'll try and get them tested and sent before the end of the month.
