I have a T2 with firmware version 1.2 and TheatreTouch Designer 1.12.
I have tried to use the Page Link function in macros but it don't work.

Thanks

Works fine on my T2. What I did notice is if you have assign page to the button and a assign page to the macro it will not execute the macro assign page command only the button assign page command. If I delete the button assign page, the macro command works fine.

Alessandro,

I tried it on my demo unit and it worked. From my main menu, play movie macro, I had it link to surround wait two seconds and link to DVD. In preview mode it performed flawlessly. You might try giving the dealer you bought it from a e-mail or call to see what he has to say. t If their support is good, you should be able to e-mail them your program to have a look at it for something obvious, and then try it in a demo unit to see if it is possibly a remote problem.

Alessandro,

Send me your config file and I will try it on my unit. Let me know one particular macro I should try.

Hey Bill:

Can you give me a step by step instruction on linking one page to another (ie. I'm on a DVD page and want to transfer to a Surround Sound page and/or back to the DVD page). I tried to follow your emails below, but didn't understand what was involved.

Joe,

They’re a couple of ways to do this, the first is:

1. Create a button on the DVD page, using the button drawing menu on tool pallet.
2. Click on “assign pages” button on tool pallet (oval with green square) lower middle of tool pallet.
3. Click on button you created above and scroll down the pop up menu to the page you would like this button to jump to and click on it. That’s it! Now go to preview mode on top navigation bar (next to question mark) and try it out.

The second is to attach the page link to a macro:

1. Click on the macro button, this is again on the tool pallet upper corner second from right.
2. Click on a button to which you would like a macro, say watch dvd.
3. In the macro editor command section that pops up, write a macro that you would like executed, something like turn on dvd, wait 10 seconds, send play.
4. At the end of this macro chose page link and scroll down to the page of your choice and click it. From then on when that macro is executed the last command is a jump to the page of your choice.

Hope this helps.

Bill
