Perfectly new working M2 has froze up on me all of a sudden. Any computer I plug it into is giving me a USB device not recognized error - taking the batteries out and putting them back in doesn't work either, it's frozen at the home page.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or unstick it?

Thanks

That happened to me with a T3 and no matter what I did it stayed frozen. I ended up sending it to RTI for a new one. If you eventually get a computer to see it again try reinstalling the firm-ware.

Make sure none of the buttons are stuck down. If there is a button wedged down it will keep the M2 awake and unable to respond to the USB port.
