macro editor/ page link???

When you are in the macro editor how do you get the page link on the right drop down to appear??

You have to put the button into standalone, if you are using an RP-1/6.

Thanks, that is what i needed. This will still send a command to the rp1...right???

No, In stand alone mode.... the codes run on the remote. If you need to run it ( Code or macro) from the base unit..... create the macro there.... then integrate the "Macro" command in with your stand alone button.

You do that by selecting "System Macro" from the pull down menu and selecting the one you want. Your Stand Alone button will then send a trigger code telling the base unit to run that part of your macro.

That is what he means.

Create a "new macro" on the processor... even if it is just one command and then call the that macro from within a button macro in standalone mode. if you do not put the button in standalone mode it will assume that everything is going through the processor only but in standalone mode you can only issue line of sight IR or call system macros on the processor.
