First time user with RTI systems
I am using the K4 with 26 cable boxes and I am trying to set it up
with 5 RP6 control units.

I am unable to send the commands to any of the RP 6

I do not see a check off on the devices properties for RF
I have updated all the firmware
and I am able to upload to the K4 and RP6

just not sure if I have the right setting for RF

Any help would be great

Thanks
Tom

I am confused.

Do you really have a K4 or a T4?

With a K4, you wont have RF trigger codes. They would be IR. How do you have the RTI system hooked up?

K4 in wall touch

I have 20 something cable boxes in two racks
Five RP 6 units
each one of the boxes are
connected to a IR output on the RP

if there is no RF
now will do I send communicate from the k4 to the rp6

You use a cat5 cable to an RP6 and link the RP6's.
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)

If I remember right there is even a technical bulletin on their dealer site.

I like useing the CB4 no matter how many touch screens I have. Makes hook up easy and make futer add ons even easier.
Don't read my answer. Someone else will go into great detail as to why I am wrong rather than answer the original question...

I love the CB4!! But with only one touchpanel I find it hard to justify. Can you believe I've had to go behind guys that used the CB4 but used the terminal block to terminate instead of RJ45!! It's such a pain in the @$$ that way! Especially when if they did it right I could've updated the touchpanel from the network if they hooked it up right.
