How is the Request flash interface on a K4 compare to the Escient interface?
Really don't like the Video overlay with Escient, and the webserver interface is very minimal.

Only ran it on a T4 with a request. There were some interesting button combos. Like using the hard buttons on the T4. Sometimes it would do things like jump down a page of artists or tracks. Pretty sure it has to do with the HTTP requests that are default when you use a web browser object.

The thing I could not get a handle on was it took a little bit to the load the flash object. But it would fail 3 out of 5 times. It would say something like looking for website... then about 20 seconds later it would time out. Then after going back to my home page which has no web objects... I would come back to the request webpage/flash object. It would take about 25 seconds and then it would load. Talked to RTI about it that day but haven't messed with it in a while.

The request in our rack is a few years old. I think it has a ... hold on... remote log in...

Its software 2.2.7 with a 150G hard drive. It only has the one theme on it.

One of those things I keep meaning to mess with but haven't been to the office this week.

I didn't think that any of the RTI's were able to pull up the Request interface yet. I think they don't have a strong enough processor yet.
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)
