Just pulled a brand spankin' new T4 out of the box and uploaded my program and it doesn't seem to be working.

I have tried troubleshooting and verified the following:
- The native TV remote will power on and off with no problem
- The T2-Cs that work in other locations using the same commands will work in the zone
- I've got internet browsing working on the panel

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Are you using an RP1 or RP6? If so is the remote in standalone mode?
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)

Firmware updated? Also try using a camera phone to confirm that it is actually outputting IR.

Springs is right Check for IR output with camera phone.

There are a couple of bad codes in the library that will constantly send voltage to the IR diodes then they burn out. One symptom is when you press a button on the home page then the remote locks up . While the remote is in locked up mode it is sending out a constant IR This was confirmed by RTI. If that is the case they will repair it free of charge.

Updated the firmware. No joy.
Checked the IR with the digital camera. No IR signal.
Getting new remote from distributor.

Thanks!
