Perhaps an explaination of the remote's setup will satisfy my curiosity.
Do you just have 8 clones for every single page and the user can go to the "options page" and pick a color and the remote then flows with that group of clone pages?
This is the way I would assume you accomplished this, sounds like a shitload of pages and a lot of potential for different problems on different color shcemes.

I got the file, looks cool. Thanks.
It is as I described in my post above.
A complete remote, duplicated 8 times, then changed the background on each set of pages. The user may select a color from the home page, or via a page linked button on every page.
Good idea, nice job.
