Question 1.

I need the t2+ to delay for six seconds to change inputs from an off state.
Now when powered I want to bypass the delay with a flag.
I seem to be able to do this with a T2C but not a T2+.
Same macros in both, but the T2+ continues to stick for six seconds as the T2c does not(both are stand alone too).

Question 2.

I was at a job and velcro was used to hold and emitter to a mounted plasma due to its adhesive qualities.
It really looked bad. So I'm curious to what you guys use to firmly secure an emitter that's ascetically pleasing?
Silicone, epoxy? etc. ???

-thanks

Are you joking, really?
I'd assumed that it wouldn't be bondable over a length of time.

Are you watching your screen changes on the remote or with the "Preview mode" within TT?

I would imagine there is just a flag set or clear issue that has been overlooked. I work with flags extensively and it is easy to do and not catch. The two remotes should work the same.

Okay. But change inputs on what from the off state of what? Presumably the same thing, a _______________________ (fill in the blank).

Makes sense to me!

I assume you got that last sentence backwards.

I've used flags with my T2+ with no problems, and I've also used delays in a system with an RP6 where the T2+ starts the macro on the RP6, then waits for a period of time for that macro to finish, then spits out a standalone IR command. That's a bit complicated but works fine.

I suggest you rebuild the T2+ macro from scratch (that's the one that doesn't work, right?). You may find your flag test is looking at the wrong thing or some other such silly thing that just kills the process.

There was about a four page thread on this recently, with a lot of silliness and fun to it. The consensus was that a hot glue gun gave the best results because it held well and the glue could be totally cleaned off if needed. I'd add that glues are the other good approach except the emitter has to be held in place for hours. That's a bad thing. I've used silicone because it doesn't eat into the plastic like some glues, but I have a glue gun now.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I figured out the flag problem.
It seems that the emulator in the software was the problem.
I have separate flags in the rp1 and then buttons in the controller are set to stand alone
to mimic the delay(another set of flags) running on the rp1 so they are in sync.
Thanks
